Finerenone in patients with chronic kidney disease

image.png

FIND-CKD was a phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial showing that finerenone slows the rate of kidney function decline in adults with chronic kidney disease who do not have diabetes. Because most people with CKD worldwide do not have diabetes, these findings extend the evidence base for non-steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists to a much larger population than previously studied.

On this site you'll find the primary trial results, along with related presentations and publications from the FIND-CKD program. This independent academic resource is hosted by The George Institute for Global Health and the University of Groningen.
